We had so many adventures today! We explored the woods, climbed rocks, balanced across fallen trees, and had our first official get together with our Buddy Class! Our buddies are the 5th and 6th graders taught by Mrs. Baker Johnson. They were wonderful! The 5/6 class read our Pre-K stories, put on impromptu puppet shows, worked with us on letter recognition, built marble tracks, dressed up in pretend, built legos, did art projects and so much more! Most importantly they were kind, energetic, and really did everything in their abilities to engage our wonderful “littles”. Even our friends who tend to be a little more reserved were jumping right in and cracking up by the end of the visit. It was so heart warming!
