This morning we had a BIG surprise waiting on us! Mrs. Voytko stopped in last night and left us new books, a note, and a GIANT Pumpkin! We read her note as a class and discussed all of the wonderful things we can do with our new pumpkin 🙂 Today we measured it. Each child cut a piece of yarn to the length they guessed it would take to wrap around the pumpkin one time. Next we measured yarn to the correct length needed for the width and discussed our findings.
