We started our day off by peeling and chopping apples for applesauce! We used an apple peeler then each child used a plastic knife to chop their apple into pieces. Wednesday is Spanish Day! "Monstruo" (Monster) was the word of the day. We introduced a new game today, Rattlesnake Jake. Jake projects the gems, and we used tongs to try and "steal" them away without making him strike!
